Candidate Referral Program

IT Candidate Referrals - If a candidate you have referred to Contech Systems, Inc is hired, you will receive:

• IT Staff Augmentation – a $500 bonus after their third month of billing and an additional $500 after nine months of continuous billing.
• Permanent Placement – 10% of our placement fee after three months of employment are completed with the client.

IT Trainee Positions Referrals

• A $250 bonus after three months of continuous billing.
