Candidates presented from Contech Systems are screened and reviewed by multiple individuals from various Contech Systems departments before they are ever presented to our clients. That is why Contech Systems employs Technical Directors with 15 to 30 years of experience in development, architecture, and IT management, as part of our unique recruiting process.


What You Can Expect

  • You (The Hiring Manager), meet with our team regarding the technical (or non-technical) details of your open position(s)


  • Contech's Recruitment Team sources multiple qualified candidates:
  • Candidates go through several internal interviews
  • Recruitment Team performs a recorded technical interview which includes a capability assessment and coding challenge if applicable


  • Webcam review by one or more internal Technical  Directors and/or Account Managers.


  • Client is presented with the technical director’s review and identification of the strength of the candidate’s key skills

        in relation to the hiring team’s needs
